Please fix software issue.

After the latest update I am no longer able to view any files through the app. It keeps telling me to connect to the internet when Im using cellular. Im running iOS 10.2 on a iPhone 7 Plus. I can run other apps and internet on my cellular signal just fine but not with the one drive app. Please help with this issue. I need access to my files asap!
